Tweak to Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble
There is no denying Zoe is a strong character. She is frustrating to play against due to her long range, high potential burst, and play potential. One of the most frustrating aspects of her kit is her E, Sleepy Bubble Trouble. It is hard CC. It is essentially a delayed stun. However, what makes it incredibly angering, if you're hit by it, you can't get rid of it, and you just wait until you're rendered useless. On top of that, Zoe is rewarded for not landing the ability. It creates a mine where it lands, effectively granting it a small range boost, as it lands and has a large AoE. I'm suggesting the following change: When Zoe misses Sleepy Bubble Trouble, when it becomes a mine, the radius of the mine starts small, and grows over time. This prevents the skillshot from feeling unfair, while maintaining its purpose.
