Tweak to Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble

There is no denying Zoe is a strong character. She is frustrating to play against due to her long range, high potential burst, and play potential. One of the most frustrating aspects of her kit is her E, Sleepy Bubble Trouble. It is hard CC. It is essentially a delayed stun. However, what makes it incredibly angering, if you're hit by it, you can't get rid of it, and you just wait until you're rendered useless. On top of that, Zoe is rewarded for not landing the ability. It creates a mine where it lands, effectively granting it a small range boost, as it lands and has a large AoE. I'm suggesting the following change: When Zoe misses Sleepy Bubble Trouble, when it becomes a mine, the radius of the mine starts small, and grows over time. This prevents the skillshot from feeling unfair, while maintaining its purpose.

Expect nothing less from CertainlyT. Watch as he pushes his "unique" designs that really break the mold. Watch as he is praised for his "interesting" design choices that invariably break the game until they are nerfed into the ground.

it 'lingers' because it gives you room to get away, hide behind something, or stun her back.

You can use any dash, jump, displacement to completely avoid the follow up. you can use this time to get behind minions you can reverse stun her, to negate the effect as q will wither out.
