@Meddler: More attention for Elise, please?

I'm feeling rather uplifted at the state of the underpowered junglers by the recent buffs Eve has been receiving. Recently I saw two games in a row in which Evelyn performed well and had a strong impact throughout the game, she's currently sitting at a respectable 49% win rate.

Elise, unfortunately, hasn't been as lucky. Despite efforts to carefully buff her, Elise is still near the bottom of the charts in win rate, down with underpowered champs such as Kassadin, Twitch, and Kha'Zix, and her play rate is still abysmal. Could she please receive a more substantial buff in the near future? I'd like to play her without being a burden to my team, and the soft ball buffs she has received recently have been overly cautious and have done nothing to address her crippling primary weakness, which is her utter lack of presence in teamfights.
