Is there any chance Riot will update Anivia?

As many of you know 6.23 Anivia's E interaction with her ultimate was changed to only double in damage when her ultimate becomes empowered. In exchange Anivia received a few QOL buffs including the decrease in time it takes for Glacial storm to become empowered in order to reinforce her identity as a zone control mage.

Now I understand that her winrate maintains a relatively solid 51% win rate according to champion.gg which might be a sign of power but that's still a 2% winrate drop on an already unpopular champion who has also lost 1% of the playerbase's popularity which is from 3% to 2% meaning that 33% players who previously enjoyed her are actually very unsatisified with her current state. Based solely on statistics alone Anivia is performance dropped on average in every sector except for the number of assists and creeps farmed indicating that in most platinum and above games that Anivia is impacting the game far less than before.

Personally, I understand the direction Riot wants to take Anivia but she still needs more to function as the type of zone control mage that Riot wants her to become.

I like the changes, If there were something more. I don't mind raising her skill ceiling, but give her something for it. Yes, her THEORETICAL SUSTAINED DPS remains the same, but her actual, and burst DPS have taken a serious hit. Her E+R combo was not intended, but something that made her viable. Anivia is suffering because burst is extremely powerful in this game. BUT they can make her more interactive and improve her play style: what is being within a small range of her wall proc-ed the 2xE damage? (displacement, or trying to mobility over) or something else, we didn't want cooldowns. If you want to make her more challenging and interactive do it all the way. Make her least cohesive spell join the club.
