like thresh hook reducing cd by 3 seconds if hit or galio passive getting reduced when landing abilities etc.
I think more champions need this mechanic as it's satisfying when you land it, and it allows long cds on abilities to promote careful and accurate play.

It's not hard at all to get 40% on supports though.
50000000000000001 votesThe changes are going to be helpful, but it's been difficult for tank supports to itemize for CDR for a while. Locket gives nothing, Knight's Vow gives nothing, Stoneplate gives nothing, Righteous Glory gives nothing. Zeke's doesn't give a lot of tanky stats, etc.

Eye of the equinox gives 10% and frozen heart gives 20% The other ten percent you can get from lucidity boots, zekes harbringer, redemption,adaptive helm, or even runes.
50000000000000001 votesFrozen Heart gives no HP, and only armor. You also almost always have to rush Redemption and/or Locket, which means you have low CDR for the early stages of the game. And lucidity boots means you can't get the auto damage reduction or CC reduction. It's not impossible to get early CDR, but it's very difficult, and most likely it's going to be suboptimal.

Even more so when it's on cait or jhin, because you get to type in all chat "Who's the sniper now!?"
In fact I want to see Riot introduce that interaction, I would pay 100$ just to have it.
