Azir laughing spear removed when?

I'm not sure if anyone remembers it, but awhile ago if Azir had a soldier down and it had enemies in range for it to attack, if you had a hotkey set for your laugh command you could use that to automatically make the soldier attack the nearest enemy in range without even inputting a proper attack command through right clicking or attack moving.

I must have used it entirely too much when I found it out since it made attack move on Azir obsolete since it was pretty much just attack move but with the added fun of bming your opponent the entire game and tilting them extremely hard (Yes I'm an asshole but if it was you you'd have fun with it too.) But I stopped playing for awhile and now the bm laughing spear is gone.

So does anyone know when it got removed?
