From what i'm aware of, Riot seems to think shes in an ''OP but not known'' spot if im correct.

The only problem i seem to have with her is shes not the best pick if your team needs anything tanky but other than that i can see where the frustration factor comes in.

I agree with what they said about "OP but not known". I feel that it's mainly due to how her kit lacks much appeal when you look at it.
