So what are ad champions supposed to do against vlad?

Serious question.

Whenever i lane as an ad champion against Vlad it feels like there's nothing i can do. He struggles a bit early, but once he gets hextech he just spams spells on minions while eating your harass and it does nothing. If you try to all in him and don't kill him in 15 seconds he's going to be nearly full again.

As AP champions you can build morello, although it still feels like it doesn't make a difference at least you have an option.

This goes for other sustain champion as well, but there aren't really any strong ones that stick out to me besides vlad.

basically if you mess up you never come back. but you can snowball against him.. champ like irelia, gnar, riven, fiora can beat him. you need someone that can all in him early, vlad strength is poke and sustain, but is weak in all ins.

Ad champs are generally better early game so you should play hyper aggressive early on.

I don't own or main Vlad. I played him when he was free one time. It was very early in my LoL days, so I really had no clue what I was doing.

However, I've laned against him a few times, and I also play a champion very similar to him, Mordekaiser.

Crowd Control, especially Silence will absolutely wreck him. Play Garen, and play him aggressively. Every time your Q is off cooldown, jump in, spin-to-win, then follow it up with your Q.

His base health isn't that great, and if he rushes Spell Vamp, he's not rushing health. His base health should be low enough that by time you reach 6, you can follow that combo up with R.

If that doesn't work, it'll at least make him retreat, or hold back, allowing you to zone out his CS.
