Honestly, this is how I feel about Leblanc chains. You can be on edge, flash out, and still remain tethered to get rooted.

well this is the first complaint about "hitboxes" that i actually agree dones't match (other than 
W)
most if the time people post skillshot that CLEARLY hit them and there is somthing a rare case where people post a skillshot that could have missed or hit.
but yeah.. his w missed...
The hitbox for the entire ability matches the animation of the blades spinning in a circle. Also lb has a fat ass hitbox
