I never seen a winrate on a champ drop so fast after a nerf like poppy
Not since kassadin had his rework and the nerfs after has there been a faster winrate drop. Seriously she went from having a winrate to above 50% all the way down to 45%.

She's still a winner in my heart.
She is ok. The nerfs that she received are focused in her ranges and tweaks in damages, maybe they need to buff a little bit her utility or her tankiness.
Winrate dropped because she fell out of favor. When people see a champ who's previously been doing well get hit by a nerf, especially if they're meta, people abandon those champs really fast. Thus, the people left may not be the top tier players, so of course her win rates will appear to suffer. Give her time to stabilize and it'll go back up. Calling for buffs so soon is just asking for problems.
I'm not surprised at all that her win rate dropped. Her kit is actually pretty high skill cap. Her ult requires practice and game knowledge to use effectively. It's not just another mechanical skill shot you have to land.
Using her dash block also requires fast reflexes and smart positioning.
Poppy had a high win rate because she was overloaded. The easy parts of her kit (her Q and dash) were very strong. Most of the poppys (at my ELO at least) seemed to have no idea how to use her ult effectively; they played her like a super tanky diver, and impacted the game heavily by just slamming her Q and her charge on people.
Riot shaved a lot of power off the fighter/diver strengths in her kit. She still has two incredibly powerful and unique forms of crowd control; you actually have to use them well now in order for poppy to be a worthwhile pick.
From my understanding, Poppy's current win rate goes up considerably among players with a lot of games logged on her. This is pretty much in line with what I would expect.
