Champion Selection Problem

Okay, so can I please say that I just fed 10 kills and had zero kills in my most recent game, and that WILL make me sound a little angrier than I intend to be, and before you say "oh he's bad" we had an afk and a jungler with nothing but and a potion as fizz Okay, so I was queued with a person, who did NOT at all listen to what our team said because he was assigned the role of "captain" He took this to mean that he was in charge of exactly what to do, which he (obviously) was not, saying multiple times to the rest of the team that he didn't care what he said because he was the captain. Even telling me to shut up, even though I only said "I just realized I've been playing since PFE came out" "Stfu I'm the captain" This is not a complaint, but a leverage point for which to lift this name off of the banning phase's, for lack of a better word, Captain, and actually explain what the term means. I know that I was always like this when I started playing draft, constantly thinking "I'm the captain, so I should be the best in this game for my team." It's a VERY good thing to think, but the message that you are the supposed leader of the team creates an inbred unbalance towards new players, and in fact may influence toxic behavior such as my encounter today. Riot, by enforcing the fact that someone is different than others, who are supposedly below you, is the opposite of what you try to make your game to be. While it's fine IN game, supposing your teammate is fed and pings somewhere, you're gonna follow them because they are strong. Doing this such thing in the matchmaking screen is, in my humble opinion, a very immature decision on both your, and the player's part. Theirs for not knowing the fact that a team game doesn't have a leader, and yours because you don't show this anywhere! Please, create another name for this feature, or even do what I've seen a lot of people suggest, have a democratic vote, where the first person to pick chooses a few champions to ban, and have the rest of the team vote on which ones they want out most.

I am entirely knowing I'm bashing the way the game is made, and I am intentionally attempting to create a sense of irritation in you (Riot) as you read this, but keep in mind that this is an extremely efficient way of getting one's attention, and also it is a great way to get a point across. All I ask for is that people who reply to this are calm when sharing their opinions, and are able to think rationally when delivering their sides, and remember, one angry person can change a view on a subject (or game) instantly.
