Now can you reduce the price of tier 3 runes ? 810 ip for a 0.80% cdr rune ? 1k ip for 1% life steal ? why ? why do i have to farm around 8k Ip just to complete a rune page ?

alot of people join league every day , some of them are brained enough that they can understand the game basics in a short time , once they reach 30 they will find themselves limited

Its why i started buying runes at level 21. Now with the price reductions, you can build basic runepages are are good most of the time

The prices would still be really high but I think it would be ok if there was a "free" tier 2 version of all runes, not just the basic ones.

becasue that will drain your ip forcing you to buy champions and rune pages with rp(and if you buy champions with ip you will have a disadvantage in runes, which doesn't matter a ton but certainly gives you an edge)....low key pay 2 win at its finest
