Zed's W tooltip changed without anything being mentioned in the patchnotes or actual in game changes

I couldn't get a screenshot of it but i just noticed that the W tooltip now says that his W lasts for 4.5 seconds instead of 4. Wiki, his champion page, it says that W lasts for 4 seconds, not 4.5 and in game it actualy lasts for 4 not 4.5...

When did that tooltip change happened and why? Fix it please? Oh, and btw, fix that Yasuo bug, it is kinda fun doing free damage but it doesn't feel right afterwards.

If you E-Q with the knockup, it adds a free AA damage when the ult animation starts. Btw, why am i downvoted for asking for a tooltip fix?
