Ranked games and the new queue system

Why do I always feel like the other team is always better than my team? Every game, the other team by 10 mins will be 10+ kills ahead of my team. How is this new queue system even matching teams up?? How are these teams even balanced?? I do not understand this.

And why does this queue system ALWAYS HAVE ME SELECTED AS MY SECONDARY POSITION!! Why bother selecting a primary role if it's just gonna ALWAYS wanna give me my second choice.

Could be the other team just meshes better and matches up better against your team comp. You can't expect to have the best team every game. I can bet everyone in solo queue has gone through some bad streaks. Just keep grinding or change up some game play.
