Toxic players and trolls

Don't you just love when you have toxic players on your team? They make stupid plays, don't know how to play the champion they picks, rages, and blames other people for their mistakes. Even after reporting that player, what does Riot do? NOTHING. Your whole team gets punished for that toxic player's behaviour, and demoralizing attitude. The "fun" of this game gets sucked out. And nothing is done about it. Your team gets punished. You fall down the rank ladder. And the new Queue just keeps putting trolls and toxic players on your team. Why bother playing this game if this community is just full of toxic people. Riot really needs to do something about this. Why should I get pushed for a toxic player or troll, feeding the other team and causing us to lose the game. Why do I have to lose -25+ LP AND 30-50+ minutes of my life. Honestly, Riot needs to give back all the LP I've lost, due to toxic, trolls, and I wish, bad players. Or they should just give me back all the money I spent on this game. That would be ideal.. give back all the money that people have spent, since they don't seem to do anything.
