Does Riot do anything about scripting players?

Was just curious if Riot does anything about players who hack or use scripts. Just had a game where, I stunned this Xin player, as Irelia, and Ahri on my team used her charm, but it went right through the Xin while he was stunned. Ahri said the guy "somehow" dodged all her charms, which I wasn't sure, as I was never watching, but then Ahri and I went 2v1 vs the Xin, and indeed, her charm went right through him. We lost the game eventually, but I'm wondering if Riot will even investigate this, and if our game loss will still count..

That's a bug, not a script. Scripts can't change the game. They just make it easier for you to play, doing things a player could hypothetically do but not reliably.

There was a huge ban wave that owned many script/hackers recently.

They get perma-banned.

Yes, they're banned in waves.

Riot is like a box of chocolates. You never know what they are going to do.

They don't do jack shit except for maybe once every year or two. May as well just encourage everybody to script since it's so rampant anyway. Riot could sell their own scripting programs (not like it's much different to how they always release broken pieces of shit that become 100% pick/ban or have a 99% chance of a loss being guaranteed). Scripters can use multiple accounts.

I was going to try & get all my accounts banned but decided to just uninstall instead.
