If we can't get a sandbox mode
Then can we at least have urf as a permanent game mode in custom games?

I see no reason for not having it as an element in the dropdown list for custom games no reason whatsoever all the technology is there and should take less than an hour of effort. with these ridiculous changes to flash and warding calculations a few patches back you have no way to practice flashing except once every 3-5 minutes, it is complete bullshit it is faster to quit the game and restart it than to wait for flash to come off cooldown
