New Talon is not a very reliable/ consistant assasin and it feels bad

Right now his passive does alot of damage, BUT its a dot so it gets hard countered by the high damage adcs with their infinite life steal. Also it can be difficult to proc it when assassinating a high priority target with their team due to cc. However meanwhile Talon's ult literally does no damage, the damage is so nonexistent it might well not do any at all.

PROPOSED CHANGES: Shift some power away from his passive to his ult AND make his passive also inflict his opponent with Grievous wounds. I mean his passive is litterally about WOUNDING the target, to the point they bleed, WHY THE HELL DOESN'T IT GIVE GRIEVOUS WOUNDS?!?

You have to play him well, I'm in love with him ATM, and his passive isn't even needed in some cases.

He's not consistent simply because you need to be good with him to make him work now. He's actually hard to play, in that sense Riot's found a good way to keep his core while increasing his skill floor dramatically. He's weak right now though, probably because lethality is crap. When lethality gets buffed I feel good Talons will be able to make him work, but he won't be an easy to pick up champion.

all the people complaining that hes too weak are people used to his braindead pre rework 100-0 combo with the new talon you can just jump over the wall to bot and delete the low hp adc over and over. you need to pick targets everywhere in the map because they cant run from you

I think he's in need of QoL changes like Q and W during parkour and W during Q first. Too soon for other number changes

Oh it's fucking horrible man :( . I played Talon for a good and solid 2 years with him being my main to go champ. The thing that really pisses me off is that his Q doesn't apply on hit effects (even his melee crit hit) Which means that I can't apply trinity force hits or frozen mallet slow which is fucking frustrating.

Coming from a Talon main since season 2, Trinity Force and Frozen Mallet were both pretty crap on him. Besides, Q into AA will still work fine, so that's not an issue.
