Does Draven Really Need Changes?

Here are the Draven buffs: Spinning Axe (Q) Damage changed to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 (+ 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 105% bonus AD) from 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85% AD.

Blood Rush (W) Cost reduced to 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 from 40 at all ranks.

I just happen to see these changes on http://www.surrenderat20.net/2016/12/129-pbe-update.html

What do you guys think? Should Riot go through with these Draven changes or should they not do it at all. For me, I think the changes are intended to fix Draven after he was crippled by the removal of flat armor pen and attack speed steroid removal from Ghostblade.

Draven is a lane bully, with his armor pen items gone he needs changes to do what he's meant to do. Those changes achieve it.

They shifted him from being oppressive early to needing items to scale late. Pretty simple

He's actually the same strength early, with the bonus damage added. Don't let him snowball, especially nowadays

105% is ridiculous

It's bonus ad, not flat, but yes, it's stupidly strong. <3 means I can use draven again Have all skins for him XD Just play him badly
