Honestly, the dumbest thing about new Morde

If you're talking about balancing, technically Morde's ultimate is very abusable, so 'some' kind of counterplay is needed.

If you're talking about game logic, well hey, Teemo can blind Lee Sin, Cassiopeia's ult can turn Malphite into stone "again" and anyone can Ignite Brand

That QSS removes the Mordekaiser ultimate is a necessary counterplay layer.

Without that interaction, Mordekaiser becomes the ultimate objective control. Baron and dragons are not targetable in his ult, so if both teams try to contest these objectives, then Mordekaiser can just ult the enemy jungler before it gets low enough to smite, effectively removing them from the field. Which leaves Mordekaiser's team as the only one with smite available, so the odds to get the objective are heavily in his favour.

With QSS, the jungler has the option to build that item and cancel his ultimate in these specific cases, meaning that they can still contest the objective with their smite. Mordekaiser still gets to keep the stolen stats from the jungler for the duration, but that they can set themselves free has to stay as an interaction.

now... the question is.... can morde remove himself from the realm with qss?
