Soraka

I'd personally go with sona at this point. Raka relies on her team still a little too much for me

Raka is stronger ATM from what I've seen.

Also, Sona's re-work made her a weaker version of Nami. You might as well just play Nami instead.

Not remotely true. Nami doesn't have a team movement speed buff. You can only speed up two champions.

Sona's auras are so short-ranged they aren't really teamwide buffs. You have to get close enough to give Orianna a penta-kill for everyone to benefit from them.

Also - Nami essentially has all of Sona's capabilities plus Aqua Prison. If you land a Prison, there's not much need to speed up your team. Stunning a key target (or targets) for a set duration has the same overall result on space/time as mobility in regards to dealing with them.

I think Sona's win rate tells the story. The highest win rate of any support right now. Also the 3rd highest of all champions

Daily win rates fluctuate to much to take seriously. You should look at monthly instead, in which case Janna pretty much kicks everyone's butt in terms of winning as an awesome support, claiming the 2nd to 4th best monthly win rates overall.

Sona is jostling around with Nami in the ~14th best win rate spot, beating her a bit in ranked solo and loosing in 5v5.

Also - Nami's stuff is harder to land and use properly. She's got objectively more power in her stuff, but missing a bubble or wave can totally suck, where Sona is more beginner-friendly with her stuff.

It's important to consider Elise, Nidalee, and Lee Sin are in the bottom 15 win-rates: but those are all considered pretty solid and ban-worthy picks. Win rates don't tell the whole story, and I feel Nami's noticeable jump in difficulty to use well vs. Sona attributes to most of the disparity between the two.
