Dark Harvest in Aram needs adjustments.

Played a game vs a Vayne that took Dark Harvest just now (Its too powerful on ranged champions that can apply it easily.)

Was roughly a 15:34 minute game.

She had 6603 total damage from Dark Harvest, the next highest rune damage in the game on either team was a Katarina with 1167 total damage on Electrocute.

Its severely broken on Aram if you can easily apply it (Ranged champions) and 100% needs a map specific nerf.

Thats over 5x the damage that any other rune was able to do.
