losing because of leavers ?

so I was stuck in bronze for a while as a new player. and back in bronze around 20-40% of my loses were purely of because of leavers. and another 20-30% with big feeders or trolls.

when I got to silver I thought this problem would be gone yet in one day I had 3 games with leavers, feeders and trolls aside. this system is BIG rng system where if u are lucky u will have too many leavers against u and get free ranks and if u are unlucky u will get many of them with u and get ******.

my friend the other day told me he had a leaver with him once every 9th and 10th game at worst. the problem is when u lose because someone super fed the enemy then u lose because someone left then u lose because someone is trolling when all this shit is combined it becomes hell and I already want to stop playing and quit. so why can't we stop for goddness sake lose all that rating when we have leavers ? make it 5 rating lost when there is a leaver at least not 21321313123

not only that but even in my promotion matches. maybe riot are thinking " u get them with u and u get them against u " but that's bullshit i got a leaver against me twice or 3 times the whole month. so why can't we have this problem fixed ? i don't even want to bother creating a new account to play with my new friend anymore if i am gonna get leavers every 3rd game.

it's not like reporting ppl will satisfy u. it doesn't change anything in fact cuz no matter how many u report there will be others. so can anyone explain to me why are the loses with leavers in the teamso punishing ? what the hell is the logic behind it ?
