Tryndamere

Noone likes bullshit crits.

Idea.

Passive: Battle fury Every point of fury causes: tryndamere to deal 0.25% additional damage with his basic attacks, up to 25% bonus damage. Spinning slashes cooldown to be reduced by 0.1 seconds on each basic attack, up to 1 second (Doubled on crits)

The Spin CDR is no longer in the ability itself, obviously.
