Every single AS based champion atm is going AP/hybrid. Fix your items.

If they are attack speed based it is almost always better to use items like guinsoos and hextech. You have champs like Irelia yi Fiora jax benefiting way to much off of hybrid items. Irelia also double dips her heal with hextech and her W.

Please address the state of hybrid items specifically with A/S based champions that aren't true hybrids but have arbitrary AP ratios on abilities. Because one person ever played Fiora AP doesn't mean she needs an AP ratio. It's arbitrary. I know this is opinionated but it just promotes a cheese factor that will only work a portion of the time.

What's worse is that because they only have one AP ratio it's going to be something ridiculous like .8 or 1.0. So you have one ability doing a ludicrous amount of dmg. Even if only one ability in their kit does it.
