Could we revert the nerfs on Kathus's W ?

It was a dumb and pointless nerf to start out with , and Karthus really the bonus slow from his W. Especially after the Rylais changes , he depends so much on the enemy being slowed down so he can try to catch them with his Q , only for him to realize that he is chasing a Graves , and it was all pointless anyway. But reverting the nerfs to his W would be nice and it would be a nice sweet nudge for Karthus mains and Karthus players
