The active on gunblade had its base damage doubled to 300, while slightly hitting the AP ratio to compensate (down to 30% from 40%)

Akali Jax Teemo Ekko Mordekaiser will probably be the main abusers.

Changes aren't coming next patch. Currently we are on 6.7, and the changes are for patch 6.9
