Didn't Riot learn that hard CC from stealth is a bad idea?
Isn't that why they remade Eve the first time?
Eve's kit is an absolute cluster-fuck because of the power-budgeting required for her to have that goddamned charm.

That's more or less what I mean.
The only way to make hard CC from stealth feel good to play against is to make it feel awful to play as. And Eve's whole kit suffered for it.
Dope Solo1 votesShe's gimped. I hope the new runes system works out better than the existing playstyle. Riot doesn't listen to feedback so whatever, no skin money for them till next year maybe if they get it 
together.
