With the removal of DFG....

Now, I personally am all for removing DFG (the item literally makes every mage a burst mage/assassin), however, there is a champion out there that relies on the item quite heavily, and that without it makes his life significantly harder if not impossible.

Enter . This guy either has DFG as a first item, or as an immediate second item. It is incredibly important for him to have this item because he just doesn't do enough without it. Honestly, I cannot think of a champion out there that needs DFG as much as Veigar.

Would it be possible, that with the removal of DFG that Veigar could get some buffs? He already is in a pretty weak spot right now and has a pretty hard time, but with the removal of one of his core items he will be significantly hampered.
