Nerf ww in urf

WW in urf brakes the game because of his q.I played a match vs ww and this happed:i got first blood than i keep killing him.He was 0/3 i was udyr 3/0 than he got a hextech revolver and start 1v1 me without problem because his q heald him for 120 hp even with the 50% hp gaied reducition thing and it delt 250 dmg when i had only 800 max hp.So what was my counterplay?It dosen't matter if i build mr cuz even if he deals 20 less dmg with his q he still heals forever than fears me forever.RIOT PLZ FIX.And dont get me with that bullshit "urf is not ment to be balanced".Cuz if u say so then normal league shoud be balanced but it isn't
