Akali really isn't broken right now. I'm all for making her less frustrating to play against, but she doesn't really need a straight nerf. Her winrate is abysmal, and she's only really viable in the hands of someone with tons of practice.
How should she be compensated for her primary defensive tool becoming less reliable?
