I could be useful! STOP LAUGHING!!! (a suggestion for buffing veigar while retaining counterplay)

I get it, riot.

You dont like the stun having a long range AND reliability.

But that is not the issue here.

In nerfing veigars pick potential with the stun delay, you also robbed him of the self peel that he so desperately needs right now. Consider making the stun instant, but only on the part of the cage closest to veig, and have the stun-effect spread to the rest of the circle over ~0.5 seconds.

This way, the little midget still doesnt have the instant stun at range that you dislike, but he wont always be dived either.
