He's currently one of the strongest top laners in the game, according to champion.gg. He's doing large amounts of burst, far more than usual. I don't know what has changed aside from the ult change giving .4 bonus AD on auto, but apparently it's enough to break him. We can nerf him now, right Riot?

Well, the first problem is you are using champion.gg. And even according to champion.gg, he maybe popular but he's not exactly winning a lot.

If Jayce needs nerfs, Singed Akali and even friggin' Teemo need them more.
