Pantheon in the new jungle

It's come to a lot of people's attention that Pantheon's capable of clearing the Dragon at level 2 without taking any damage. His passive, along with good use of his Q and W, allow for this because the new dragon attacks much more slowly than the old.

I think this sort of thing gives him and his team too big an advantage in the new jungle, and could lead to the jungle being a League of Pantheon.

He can pull it off at level three without taking damage so long as he has Blue Buff. If you're up against an enemy Panth ward the river or kill the Scuttlecrab at about 3:20. Panth can clear Toad ==> Blue ==> Red and hit level 3 at the 3:25 mark.

Don't think so.

Basically, if you seen an enemy Pantheon, ward up Dragon early - you know he has the potential to go for that solo dragon, so react appropriately. And if he goes for it, you have enough time to show up at the dragon in force, due to how long it takes for him to kill it.

As already stated, just play against it and use it to get an early lead yourself. Let him do the work for you before you execute him.

And for the record, early solo Dragons have always been a thing. Fiddles and Shaco are famous for it. You just need to adjust your play to account for them.

Anyone with good mobility can do level 2-3 dragon without any issue. It's just about dodging its attacks properly.

This is intentional about both dragon AND baron. Standing still and attacking it should NOT happen and will simply get you killed (or at least make it infinitely harder than it should be)

List of champions who can do it at level 2-4 depending on runes/masteries/player skill

Wukong (dash/clone to dodge every hit) Pantehon (jump/passive to dodge/block every hit) Lee sin (Q/W/etc to dodge almost every hit) Warwick (lifesteal + kite to finish it off) Fizz Kalista Riven

<edit> Not sure on if heimer can still solo dragon at level 1 but I assume he cannot. I've also heard someone say that yorick could do it, i've not seen it though so not sure.
