Dots stand for : Damage over time.
Yeah you can play attack speed teemo, burst brand... But the DOTS way feel unsatisfying right now, I can not find any rune beside Scorch. But Scorch is the lowest tier rune.

A single Assist in a TF means you're going to be completely out of controll for the rest of it. thrwoing all you spells right and left, getting one Mana reset after he other - with Morello (my rush item on him) and your passive closing the downtimes.
I had fights were I stayed in Ult for like a minute+ and could KEEP FIGHTING!

Proxy3452 votesI think the mages with the lowest CDs can benefit from Aery alot,that little thing is super fast and the opponent cannot dodge it. I just tried Karthus with it in the practice tool combined with Luden's and the enemy was forced to eat the ult,ludens proc and aery's attack yet aery only took two seconds to dash from all across the map back to me at base lol I just wish that the Aery tooltip would say the amount of damage that it would do when I have AP. I was testing Aery to see exactly the numbers at full build but it didn't show them and it comes back way too fast for me to see the numbers on the enemy champ.
Håppy1 votesSwain is actually so weak without Deathfire Touch adding to his damage, you'd think it's negligible but it's a whole extra 200-300 damage through a rotation of his kit, and is something he was balanced around.
Anomander1 votesWhile this doesn't apply to teemos e(as it is classified as a on hit effect) all the rest can greatly used Arcane meteor. While I know it seems weak you need to realize that each tick of your DOT helps reduce the CD on Arcane Meteor.
Brand each tick of his passive reduces the CD Singe reduces the CD for each reapplication of his poison trail PER target. Malz each tic of both his ult and his e reduces the CD. While Azir is not a champion you mentioned Azir's soldiers reduce it for each soldier and each target hit. As for teemo each damage tick of his shrooms reduces its cd.
You might be surprised on how effective Arcane Meteor can actually be on some of these Champions

"each tick of your DOT helps reduce the CD on Arcane Meteor." Oh really? It's cool, it explain why cooldown reduction on dots is at 5%, but comet is so easly to avoid if your poke is not a cc, so on brand I want ether to land to stun and at that point you rather go electrocute to burst or build rilay, so until I have rilay comet is useless beside pushing (not something you alway want).
