New Ranked ideas

I think I have a solution to ranked, and the problem with trolls, whether they be lane stealers or whatever. It's simple and I'm surprised Riot hasn't already done this...well they have partly. What if ranked were more like Team Builder where each player selects a role and champ they wish to play? This would solve the problem of people trying to lane steal or miscommunications about who is covering which lane. Secondly trolls...Riot needs an option for team to vote kick trolls...let's all be real that most trolls have quite the rep and are known by a few people. And before you say trolls would turn this on you...who cares...I don;t want to play with trolls anyways. Also an option to vote kick afks like the system that World of Warcraft used is something long overdue. Let's face it that some people have horrid internets or pcs...live outside server area or what not...vote kick someone who has been afk fo longer than a minute and get someone who is willing to late join a game. They can check a box to late game join if they want. I mean these are simple solutions to something that has troubled ranked for the longest time.
