How come we don't have a champion with a dispel effect? Would be pretty neat to be able to dispel Kayle ult or Lulu's whimsy etc?
It could be used both defensively and offensively on any number of buffs/debuffs!

i dont know about a kayle ult, but if you want to dispell lulus polymorph.
if you just want to counter the speed boost, then there are slow effects for that.
