Does spamming a refillable potion in fountain make you heal faster?
Fast question fast answer. I see that the hp per second healing tics up for a split second when you spam the button, so does this make you actually recover faster?

Very, very, slightly, I believe.
I always spam it in fountain, I feel like it makes me regen faster, and even if it doesn't, Gimme a reason not to. :P
