change for nasus
move wither's slow to his r and make it an aoe slow.
reduce its slow by 6% per person hit within the field, and make it so it no longer takes time to ramp up. also cut the slow from 80% max to 60% so its not stupidly opressive anywhere but in a 1v1 fight (where nasus should win after farming)
so having 4 people in your aoe range with cut your slow from 60% single target to 36% i(obviously make the slow range slightly larger than the damage over time range)
then give him a competely new w with similar mana costs that doesn't feel unintuitive and boring. no clue on what that should be
