It's probably not big enough for a real change; it does as functioned and you don't need to be constantly staring at your FPS/Ping every second.

Yea but it's so much easier to glance at it above the minimap. This'll also encourage folks to focus on the minimap. Everything's in one place, not scattered. Isn't that supposed to be the purpose of the update anyway?
