I personally hate 
everything about his kit is so annoying if I could nerf him I'd lower the withers slow and maybe reduce how much resistance he gets per item so he cant be 1000 stacks and completely unkillable

: Reduce or even remove attack speed on E, reduce early Q poke potential with a compensation buff to her all-in, if we're being really drastic make her not deal % true damage passively
Big Lincoln1 votes Q only reduces cooldown if it kills the unit or hits a vital, passive resets if Fiora loses vision of you for more than 4 seconds
