Something that lays out basic things like:

IF you are playing Ezreal as ADC and the team has VERY 4 squishy champions and only one tank, you probably shouldn't rush Black Cleaver and Last Whisper. More likely, you should be uninstalling if you think that is a good idea.

I mean, God Damn, these people in ranked are so brain dead it really is amazing. You cant win a match when you have teammates on that level of stupidity.
