Poke Mages

So, with tanks now being viable again, adc's still being the focus of the game, supports a necessity, and assassins needed to kill other assassins and enemy adc's. I wonder when the poke mages and less tanky mages will come back or what is needed to bring them back. champions like can poke, but also has the cougar form to go all in I wonder when champions like will be viable again, or seen commonly. I think it is the lack of mobility, and how to poke skills are skill shots, with mobility countering them. There are a couple exceptions. has a high damage instant stun. has true damage which is good against the tanks.
