Sylas could use a quick fix

It's kind of annoying when you're playing Jungle and your Mid laner is getting jacked by a Sylas. Then Sylas hits a quick 6 and you can't gank because you can't survive the power of your own Ultimate against you at lvl 4.

It's a real problem considering Sylas stacks AP and non-AP focused champs use AP ultimates. Like Rammus. How the Hell am I supposed to come help at lvl 4 versus a lvl 6+ Sylas? My Ult literally destroys me, and it's annoying considering- I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ULT YET.

It's broken that Sylas should be able to target champions under lvl 6 with his Ult. Make it so his Ult fizzles against pre-6 Champs otherwise he snowballs all game. When everyone hits 6 this little change doesn't even apply. And it definitely helps slow down a broken early game. It will also prevent your feeder lvl 3 Soraka from running down lane giving the enemy team free heals.
