One of Ekko's main problems is his safety

When you're bringing the CC of a tank but the damage of an assassin, you shouldn't also be one of the safest champions in the game on top of that. Ekko has his get out of jail free card ult, but he also has a dash and a 3 second 80% movement speed boost. Him being allowed to freely Q-E a target and then zoom away at the speed of Rammus, not even needing to use his ult half the time, is just poor design. Even if you do try to chase him, he just keeps rolling away and throwing his 60% slow Q's. Or he can just cast W in front of him for a shield and a stun. And that's just one of the many problems with the champion.
