Juggernaut Counter/How to play against the Juggernauts?

Hey guys, I really like the game how it is atm but there´s one problem i have to face very often: Nearly everytime i play vs one of the Juggernauts on the toplane (eg Garen, Darius) i just totally get destroyed. [zombie-brand-mindblown] If i play a tank i can´t do anything against them and they outscale me later and get a huge thread. If i play any dps they are too tanking to kill but have enough damage to kill me. So... have you any suggestion/idea on how to play against them? Thanks for every hint! [slayer-jinx-catface]

Ranged champions and/or champions with slows and other CC to keep them away from you so you.

Also Malphite does really well, and even if you somehow lose the matchup, you're still useful as pretty much all you have to do is press R in team fights.

Lulu is basically the bane of all juggernaut's existence. Fiora is also a consistent performer against them.
