Lack of apcs?(and braum carry?)

Just curious as to why there is a lack of botlane apcs also: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2317595400/232999251?tab=overview i get that he is building supp items and all, but still, he did little to no damage(but it was fun af, I helped braum get fed CX) i'm not complaining or anything btw, but if the adcs helped their supports get fed instead... i wonder what would happen (not incliding champs like zyra or heimerdinger etc, they aren't supports in my book CX)

APC often rely on levels for a significant portion of their damage and don't want to be sharing experience with their support.

Champions used as support are often picked because of their low reliance on gold, so getting them fed (as opposed to the gold-reliant ADC) isn't really a priority.

The only AP carry I've seen work in bot lane is Cassiopea and that's because she is a legitimate late game carry type with extremely high sustained dps. Even then it was on Red-Side so they could give her blue buff. I don't see it working on Blue Side.

If you put a burst damage APC down there it just doesn't work. They don't get enough exp and your lategame teamfight sucks because your team is missing sustainable damage output.

i am sorry good sir, but I refuse to upvote you as I support myself(and everyone around me X3) but if you do have that certain set of skills(being a support main) and you have a certain fish, I might let you in on a little secret.
