What if Lucian's Ult dealt Magic Damage?

This could make Black Cleaver much less of a core purchase, as he wouldn't be able to shred his opponents down to 76% armor by hitting them with a few shots of his Ultimate. It could still scale like it does now, with a portion of his AD and AP, but it would deal Magic Damage in similarity to Ezreal's Ultimate.

I mean, the missiles created already look like they should be dealing some form of magic damage. Plus, Phreak even said in Lucian's Champion Spotlight that The Culling deals a mix of Physical and Magic Damage. Even making half of the shots deal Magical damage and the other half deal Physical damage could significantly change the way Black Cleaver affects Lucian.
