Is urf coming back this year??

i got back from school today to log onto league.. i thought urf came back since there was a little update so i got excited. I checked and nothing.. i was very dissapointed. Is this like april fools?? stupid draven everywhere?? to be honest i dont give a crap about draven and i dont think its funny that this is the april fools we get instead of urf?? come on riot we can do better... so my main question is Is urf coming back this year??
