League won't launch??

i have no idea whats going on but whenever i click launch nothing happens after my league just doesnt open. i tried reinstalling deleting a few files like lol updater or something that a youtube video told me to do. still didnt work like i said i reinstalled didnt work. i tried repairing for corrupt data and it still doesnt work any help would be appreciated

PC specs

Msi gtx 970

i7 4700 hq 3.4 ghz

350 gb ssd storage+905 ggb (on another drive)

16 ggb ddr (or ram)

windows 8.1 build 9600

ok right click on the icon for league go to run as admin

Run as admin, and dont delete parts of the game and expect it to work.

Also windows 8.1 is a flaming shit pile for gaming, please consider another OS.

same issue, windows 7, similar specs. tried everything. bit of a coincidence several people are having the same issue. Did everything, repair, reinstall, launch it from folder, nothing. (i run league on admin as default) 100% a client issue as it only started after 6.20 and was an issue in 4.21 too. get it fixed riot.
