Not recieving any chests?

i have been playing for legit the whole summer and im getting no chests. when i click profile it says 4 chests available, i've accumulated 5 keys and 2 fragments but getting absolutely no chests even though my teammates or my premade or even myself were getting an S

Anyone care telling me what's going on? or is this some bug?

You can only get 1 chest per champion per season. Is that it?

If you have already gotten a chest or s with that champion, you must wait a season before getting another. So ya.

Did you own the champions you were playing when you/someone in your premade got an S?
Did you already receive a chest on the champions this season?
